Robin Grubert

Robin Grubert is a German-Swedish multi-platinum composer, music producer, publisher and artist, based in Berlin and Los Angeles.

Since the 2003 release of his first No 1 Hit “Angel Of Berlin”, Robin has worked and had hit records with a wide range of artists including Aura Dione, BLUE, Alvaro Soler, Jacob Whitesides, Mads Langer, Reece Mastin, Sasha, Sarah Connor, Michael Patrick Kelly, Revolverheld, Adel Tawil, Marina Kaye, Rea Garvey, Udo Lindenberg, Helene Fischer, 2Raumwohnung, Nico Santos, LEA and many others.

Releases with Robin’s contribution as a writer/producer include Keri Hilson’s double-platinum No1 Hit “I Like”, as well as the winning song of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2014 “Rise Like A Phoenix”, and 4 songs on Helene Fischer’s self-titled 5x platinum No 1 album.

Robin has written, co-written and produced countless airplay hits, including Mads Langer’s “Heartquake”, Adel Tawil’s “Tu M’appelles”, Sasha’s “Lucky Day” and Michael Patrick Kelly’s “Blurry Eyes”.

Besides his work with and for other artists, Robin releases music of his very own as “Little Ashes”, a project that has been streamed upwards of 2 Million times and gained a loyal fan base.

Little Ashes songs have been featured on American TV, including the TBS/HBO series “Search Party” and the ABC series “How To Get Away With Murder”.

As Little Ashes, Robin also featured on frequent Tim Burton collaborator and renowned film composer Daniel Heath’s project LAWLESS.

Other features of Robin’s music in the Film/TV realm include Keri Hilson’s “I Like” in Til Schweiger’s movie “Zweiohrküken”, the Top 10 hit “Hurt Lovers” performed by british boy band BLUE for the Matthias Schweighöfer movie “Schlussmacher” , and German artist SCHMIDT’s “Heart Shaped Gun” as the title track to German crime TV show “Tatort”.

In 2019, Robin and his grammy nominated co-producer Kristian Nord composed and produced the score for Olaf Heine’s Short Film “Tacheles”, featuring actor Thomas Kretschmann in the leading role.
